I have faced two terrible experiences in a row and I am finished. As a disabled wheelchair user, I was treated poorly in the store. After leaving a negative review, the district manager reached out to apologize and promised a call from the store manager, which never happened. On November 28, I placed a large order online for Christmas gifts. One item is backordered until February, and the other only shipped on December 23, making it impossible for Christmas delivery. Customer service seems non-existent with this company.
