I reached out to the support team via text and was informed that the delivery was scheduled for January 9th, which seemed perfect. The next day, I received an email stating that my order had been cancelled. When I called the support team, they told me there were no sweaters available. I was confused since I had ordered it on Christmas Day, yet they insisted there were none in stock. I mentioned that I saw one available on the Canadian website, and while they acknowledged I was right, I needed to reorder it. When I tried to place the order, I found that it wouldn't go through. After calling back, I was told it was no longer available. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the service, and they offered me 50% off any sale item along with free express shipping. I thought that was great. However, when I went back online to order the sweater, I followed the previous representative's instructions but found out that no notes were made, and they wouldn't honor the offer. I'm not usually one to write negative reviews, and I understand the challenges of customer service, but the ongoing poor experience has led me to decide against ordering from them again. It's disappointing, especially since I genuinely love their products. I recommend being cautious when ordering online.
