I recently ordered two bags but only received one, which was not the correct item. I reached out via the support channel, but there seems to be minimal effort to resolve the issue. The current solution is for me to return the bag I received before they process a replacement for my order. I know someone who faced a similar problem and has been waiting for a replacement since December 8th. I initially thought that was just a rare case, but now I’m starting to wonder if this is a scam.
