I bought two pieces of Antler luggage about six months ago and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Since that time I have taken my carry-on and mid-sized piece through, Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam, Hong Kong and most recently Egypt. The pieces are sturdy, roll well, light weight and I love the integrated locking system. I was pleasantly surprised that the carry-on piece has a sleeve that fits over the handle of a larger piece to make transporting even easier. That is a great feature which I don't believe was stressed in your advertisement.
During my trips I had many admirers of my luggage and was only too happy to share your company's information. I am not sure why I don't see your product on the top recommended lists because it is the best kept secret. I have no regrets over my purchase and feel it was a great value for the money!

I've had a truly frustrating experience with the service. Customer support is virtually non-existent, as there have been no replies to emails or messages, and they don't provide a contact number. A faulty item was picked up by their courier a month ago, yet I still haven't received a refund. I've had to initiate a bank dispute since I'm significantly out of pocket and couldn't get anyone from the service to respond or resolve the issue, which was on their end. Only after raising the dispute did they reach out. The bank mentioned they could process a refund, but the service claims they must follow the bank's procedures, which is contradictory, leaving me without my funds for months. I attempted to order another case in a different material due to the issues with the first one. It arrived yesterday, but they sent me a 'used' item with scuffs and missing wrappers. I've taken photos right after opening it, showing the lack of packaging and damages. This is unacceptable, and I'm still waiting for a response from customer support. So now I'm down £500, just wanting a suitable suitcase. Additionally, I've noticed they are now manufacturing their cases abroad, which seems to prioritize profit over quality. I've been a loyal customer for 15 years, but my recent experiences are a stark contrast to the quality I used to know. To the service:
- Please improve your customer support; your customers deserve better.
- Reconsider your manufacturing practices to restore quality.
- Process refunds promptly for returned items within a week.
- Avoid sending out used items as 'new'; at over £200 each, we expect better.
I recently ordered two bags but only received one, which was not the correct item. I reached out via the support channel, but there seems to be minimal effort to resolve the issue. The current solution is for me to return the bag I received before they process a replacement for my order. I know someone who faced a similar problem and has been waiting for a replacement since December 8th. I initially thought that was just a rare case, but now I’m starting to wonder if this is a scam.
The delivery took more than 2 weeks, and when it finally arrived, the inner plastic bag was torn, as if it were a return from someone else. Although we reached out to the support team multiple times, they only responded once regarding the delay and have since ignored us. Very disappointing customer service.
My cases arrived today, and I was taken aback when I received an email from the delivery service this morning after a weekend of trying to figure things out with the customer service team. I spoke with three different representatives, and none could provide clear answers. However, I now have two well-made medium suitcases that reflect the quality I expected. I would have rated it 5 stars if it weren't for the customer service experience.
They were very considerate and helpful. When I reached out about a delayed luggage delivery (my oversight for waiting too long), I was informed that I could cancel or return after my trip. I've been using their products for years, and their customer service and product quality are unparalleled.
