Customer service is atrocious, I asked loads of times for a tracking number that worked and received nothing back, Emma Thomson, is truly the epitome of dense. Never have I even spoke with a more dense “person” probably a bot. My item was supposedly shipped on the 21st, tracking not working, can’t find my order. And I received another today 30th May to say it’s been shipped again. Why lie? Just why? Pathetic. Useless. Will never be buying from there ever again. An embarrassment. Update: just found out they’re scammers, don’t spend your money here.
