The postal service lost my secondary key and they refused to cover my insurance. It's frustrating. The mail was registered, and I followed all the necessary steps. It's just 700 euros, but it's not about the money; it's about the lack of respect towards the customer. It's unacceptable that they don't acknowledge it wasn't my fault and that it was an issue with the postal service. I've provided video and pictures as evidence. This is just a warning for potential customers: steer clear of both companies. I'm terminating my relationship with the current provider and switching to another company known for good customer service. I understand it's your job, but the policies in place are problematic. When issues arise, you should consider checking reviews. Many customers share similar experiences. For 700 euros, you choose to maintain a poor reputation. There's no understanding from your side, and I have no acceptance of this situation. Still a terrible experience.
