Speaking with my CS agent was a great experience, I loved that I spoke with the same agent (or appeared to, at least, personalized responses seemed to all be of the mannerism and tone.) My issue happened right before my warranty was due to run out, and ran into after the period ended. Even after this they were willing to wait for me to do a several test prints (more than 48 hours later, about week after warranty ended) and were willing to continue to assist.
