First of all the Kobra S1 is a fantastic printer, its never let me down until i had a small problem with the hotend. Im not sure if the problem was user error but I contacted Anycubic and they replied swiftly. They sorted the problem out and it was a very nice process. Thank you Elegoo. I can highly recommend this printer, i love it.
I was having issues with my ace pro , they figured out what my issues were and I had it fixed in a few minutes. Being new to the hobby and this company is was a little reluctant to taking it apart. It was a very easy process. I've never had such fast an curtious service!! Thank you !!
I haven’t owned a 3D printer before and I could just tell the Kobra S1 would be perfect. Now I am most certainly happy with my 3D printer. I can make my projects come to life in quick speed unlike other printers can. The printer is extremely fast and can print very well. I recommend purchasing from this company!

I really wanted to appreciate the printer, but it has turned out to be highly unreliable. Even with minimal use, it has failed several times within just a few months. To be fair, the support team was helpful during my initial contacts. They offered troubleshooting advice and replacement parts, encouraging me to continue using the printer instead of returning it. I followed their advice and gave it another shot.
Sadly, three months later, I'm facing the same original issue again, plus some new ones. This time, despite having a clear record of ongoing failures, I was informed that I would have to buy replacement parts on my own. A printer that consistently fails within months is simply unacceptable, and support that first acknowledges the issue but later withdraws assistance makes the situation even more frustrating. I've invested significantly more time in repairs than in actual printing. I cannot recommend this printer to anyone seeking reliability or long-term value. Potential buyers should be cautious, as even recognized recurring issues may eventually fall on them financially.
The support team is fantastic! There was an issue with my product, and they promptly sent me an updated replacement part, which is quite small (about 1mm thick and 5x10mm in size). It's impressive that they made the effort to send such a tiny component. I'm really impressed and grateful! <3
Three months ago, I purchased a 3D printer with an additional component. As a complete beginner in 3D printing, I was unsure of my choice, but it turned out to be a fantastic decision. Within just three months, I've successfully printed numerous parts without encountering significant issues. The customer service was effective, yet it took considerable effort to obtain the parts I needed to resolve my issue. I had to log into my account and provide screenshots of my order receipt for my printer. All my credentials and contact information are up-to-date in my account, and it was frustrating to have to put in the effort for the representative to confirm that I am a verified member who purchased their products. Aside from that, this is a FANTASTIC and very AFFORDABLE 3D printing company, providing a diverse selection of machines for any project size!!! I bought a Kobra 3 Max!! INCREDIBLE!!! Perfect 👌
