The customer service was effective, yet it took considerable effort to obtain the parts I needed to resolve my issue. I had to log into my account and provide screenshots of my order receipt for my printer. All my credentials and contact information are up-to-date in my account, and it was frustrating to have to put in the effort for the representative to confirm that I am a verified member who purchased their products.
