I noticed many positive reviews which led me to book a service. However, I waited for 1 hour and 55 minutes (almost the entire 2-hour window) before receiving a call that the technician wouldn't make it on time (which I had anticipated!). Why didn't the technician contact me sooner to provide an update? This could have saved me from wasting time and rearranging my day. Very frustrating.
