I had my boiler serviced on December 22nd, and it was functioning before the service. Immediately after, it started leaking. The paperwork I received had no remediation advice included. During Christmas, I couldn't reach anyone and made multiple attempts to follow up. When I finally got a response, they claimed the condensation pipe was brittle and had cracked, which wasn’t mentioned in the service report. They wouldn’t even consider a refund or partial refund for the incorrect service paperwork. I could have avoided spending £65 and not ended up without heat or hot water over Christmas.
