Booked a day off for this company to pick up was given a time slot from 7:30am -6pm we hadn't received a confirmation email so called to check up at 4pm to be told the van was conveniently broken down and asked if they could come on Monday instead. Would not book with again im sure they wouldnt have called us to inform us. Requested a refund and will try and find someone else asap as we had already got all items ready for pick up.
