I've used this service about five times, primarily as a last resort when my usual waste removal provider is unavailable. On one occasion, the removal team moved bags of soil from the rubbish pile to another spot in the garden and claimed to have removed them, even taking photos as proof. However, the bags were still there, and the service refused to acknowledge it until we provided video evidence from a doorbell camera. They eventually apologized and arranged for a re-collection. There have been two other instances where I ordered the correct amount of waste removal, but they consistently claimed it was more than what was actually there. It's misleading regarding the volume they say they will take compared to what they actually do. I've ended up paying for larger volumes for mainly cardboard packaging. They can be useful in urgent situations, but I recommend ordering one or two sizes larger than what you think you need.
