I paid for 7 yards, but they only took 16 bags, which they claimed totaled 700kg. (16 bags x 20kg = 320kg max). From the start, the staff was making excuses like parking issues and were often on the phone with the office. This service feels like a scam—I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I wish I could share pictures of what I paid for versus what was actually taken, but there's no option for that. The support was also unresponsive; I've sent emails but received no replies, only after posting this review!
