I paid for 7 yards, but they only took 16 bags, which they claimed totaled 700kg. (16 bags x 20kg = 320kg max). From the beginning, the staff was looking for excuses, such as parking issues, while constantly talking to the office on the phone. This service is a disappointment—I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I wish I could share pictures of what I paid for versus what was actually taken, but there’s no option to do so. Additionally, the support was unresponsive, and I haven't received any replies to my emails, only after posting this review!
