I rated this service 4 stars due to a delay beyond the expected timeframe. I called the support team and was informed by a representative that they would arrive in about 30 minutes. Shortly after, I received a call from the driver, who was nearby and needed directions to my address. He arrived in just 3 minutes. I was taken aback to see that he was alone to pick up a large 3-seater sofa that needed to be carried down a flight of stairs. He asserted that this was standard procedure and managed to maneuver the sofa down the stairs, which seemed risky to me.
