I ordered a shirt intended as a Christmas gift, expecting a dark black, drop shoulder, relaxed fit shirt with a graphic design. Upon receiving it, the shirt was completely different— a lighter black, regular fit, and no drop shoulder. I reached out to customer service with photos comparing what I received to the online images, highlighting my concerns about quality control, material, style, and fit. I requested a refund, noting that it’s against the law to misrepresent a product online. Unfortunately, my request was dismissed with a generic response suggesting a return through their portal. After expressing my frustration and citing consumer laws they were violating, I still received no refund. A week later, I was prompted to review the product, and after giving a one-star rating, the owner replied in an unprofessional manner, laughing at my concerns. Despite my efforts to maintain professionalism throughout our extensive email exchange, I faced ridicule and condescension instead of support. This experience reflects a complete lack of empathy and professionalism. Selling products that do not match their descriptions is unacceptable, and to respond with bullying behavior over negative feedback is profoundly wrong.
