This review pertains to a gym that I joined recently, thinking it would be a good choice due to its location and promotion. Initially, we were pleased, but soon discovered numerous issues. The activity room is cramped, leading to conflicts among members for space. Equipment is often occupied by those not using it, and the trainers seem disinterested in assisting anyone. The environment is uncomfortable, with air conditioning frequently not functioning. Despite reaching out to the corporate office, they simply passed my concerns back to the gym. After months of neglect, I stopped attending altogether. I was also misled about the access card fee, which they later claimed was non-refundable. Overall, I feel cheated and would caution others against joining this gym.
