I strongly urge anyone considering this gym franchise to save their money. My experience has been the worst; they disregard consumer rights and refuse to cancel memberships even when valid reasons are presented. I've followed all the cancellation procedures, yet they continue to charge me and threaten me with fees. The customer service is virtually nonexistent, and the gym itself is small with outdated equipment. I would recommend steering clear of this place.
