I have an online business and so opened an anytime mailbox. There were a NUMBER of problems, but mostly they charge you for every little thing (keep your mail in the mailbox---a daily charge! pick it up in person--a charge for that too!). But mostly, after I cancelled the account at the mailbox physical address that did NOT cancel the account. I kept getting billed. It was not until 2 emails and one phone call later that a human was able to cancel the account.
