I have an online business and so opened an anytime mailbox. There were a NUMBER of problems, but mostly they charge you for every little thing (keep your mail in the mailbox---a daily charge! pick it up in person--a charge for that too!). But mostly, after I cancelled the account at the mailbox physical address that did NOT cancel the account. I kept getting billed. It was not until 2 emails and one phone call later that a human was able to cancel the account.
This has been an incredibly frustrating and unproductive experience. I paid for a mailbox and notary service, completed all necessary forms, and was advised to wait 2-3 days for processing. However, I continued to receive emails reminding me to finish setting up my account, which was perplexing since I had done everything required and was simply waiting for the promised approval. Now, I have waited significantly longer than the initial timeframe with no updates, and my emails and support cases have gone unanswered. Additionally, I am now unable to sign in due to invalid credentials, even though I could access my account before, despite being informed that the mailbox was inactive. They have charged me, consumed my time, and now have blocked my access without providing any timely support.
I set up my package and unit for automatic forwarding to my vacation address, but I encountered difficulties using the site and app. I had to call the support team to confirm they had it, and only then was it forwarded. It's been about a week since it was delivered there, and I have yet to receive it.
