booked over a week inadvance to move 2 sofas of the same size less than 4 miles , tracker info came through midday and watched the driver head away from us and then 3 hours up the country , then tracking stopped, so contacted anyvan and was told by the chat bot sorry the job was accepted in error , and asked if i would like to reschedule, i said absaloutly not i needed the job done today hence booking, the reply was trasnport managers are working hard to find a driver, i then had to phone to find out if there was any progress and nothing . i was asked if i would like to reschedule well im certainly not going to waste another day , ive booked in advance waitied in all day and so as the person at the other end of the delivery, the only good thing is they refunded me instantly , managed to call a local removal van at 6pm who agreed to do the job imediatly and for a lot less . i would advise you call your local man with a van before useing anyvan
