Absolutely awful service. Booked a specific time and did not show up. Spoke to customer service told they would be with me at 16:00 but did not arrive for another 55 minutes. When they did arrive, one of the drivers fell carrying a sofa and dropped it. Then asked me to follow my car to the next drop off, only to drive in the opposite direction. They did not answer their whatsapp messenger or phone. Spoke to manager and 10 minutes after heading in the wrong direction they claim they were 40 minutes away. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Dread to see how they handle my furniture when they FINALLY ARRIVE.
