Appalling. Do not use. We booked a pick up slot for 10 am & at lunch time they told us it would be between 4 & 6 pm. It's now 6.30 pm & no sign. We wasted a whole day and hours trying g to get answers on both the phone. and WhatsApp. We needed to be back home 2 hours ago. The tracker for driver was turned off for some time & when it was turned back on he was at least 2 hours away. at 6.30 pm. This is NOT acceptable. We DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYVAN. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We demanded a refund.
