After reaching out to the company, our main contact was a representative. We agreed on a quote and discussed the pick-up date, which was set for Friday. However, we were then told that the goods needed to be collected much earlier. I expressed my concerns, but the representative pressured me into accepting the new date, threatening that our goods wouldn't be collected otherwise. We had already paid a deposit. Communication from the logistics provider was lacking, and after multiple delays and changes to the delivery schedule, we ended up waiting for hours. The delivery was also understaffed, going against what was promised in our agreement. I faced rudeness when I reached out for updates, and the representative falsely claimed we requested storage. Despite our complaints, we were charged for additional storage fees we never agreed to. The entire experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
