My agent was unavailable on moving day when issues arose, and the fee structure seemed unfair, impacting the mover's service quality. The vehicle was not as described, and communication from the driver was poor and at times disrespectful. This turned what should have been a manageable day into a stressful ordeal. I ended up paying extra to another driver for items that could not be transported. Overall, I felt let down by the service and would not recommend it.
