Prior to the booking I have discussed with the customer service and have given the dimension of the wardrobe 1.2 m which is written in the booking and I said it was heavy and I also said no lift and 6 th floor ! That’s also included in the booking in my email . At the time of the booking I also confirmed if for any reason if the job cannot be completed will I receive refund and I was reassured that I will since I never used the company before and wanted to be sure . The wardrobe was not taken down and not delivered as per booking and payment.The drivers refused to carry it as they deemed it was too heavy . I have booked the service correctly as advised .I have asked my bank for charge back and I am opening investigation against company . They refuse to refund me for a job that they haven’t fulfil and wasted my time .
