I booked Anyvan to deliver a sofa for me on a specified day for over £300. They then contacted me at 12pm (the collection slot was 10am - 12pm) on the day of the collection to say that the job hadn't been allocated so that they wouldn't be able to do the job, meaning that I lost £3000 on the sale of the sofa. They gave me no notice at all. They apparently don't take complaints and offered absolutely no compensation or anything of any use for completely letting down both myself and the buyer, and costing me a huge amount of money. Absolutely useless.
