They arrived late 40 minutes past the allotted time of between 10am and 12 noon. They counted the number of boxes etc and would not take a single thing extra like an ironing board. As I was moving the contents of my flat to SafeStore whilst it was being refurbished there were at least 10 of the 29 boxes had Fragile tape all over them. They proceeded as they were in a hurry to throw the boxes to each other to load onto their trolley. They did not care whether things were fragile or not. I felt very intimidated by them, and very unusually did not question their attitude. When they reached the SafeStore the same procedure happened with them throwing the boxes to each other and dropping them on their trolley. They moaned that they were told storage would be on the ground floor, but this was not the case because I did not know until the day where the storage unit would be.Again boxes were just chucked onto the floor, not caring if anything was FRAGILE or not. Cannot believe that I gave them a tip just to get rid of them. I am concerned that a lot of china has been broken by their highhanded way of dealing with an lady whose lifelong possessions were being dealt with so carelessly. They were not at all helpful considerate or kindly.
