Removed the mobile version, pretended not to know that it was something they offered. Upon talking to support - they acted like they had no idea about the old mobile version of Anyword that would let us generate copy on the go.I had to send their own url for the mobile version to the support member who replied to my email.Prior to the sudden removal of mobile, it would have a weird formatting issue where quotation marks wouldn't appear in text. I complained and nothing was done to rectify the issue after months of the weird issue. Unprofessional.
