I am hightly dissappointed in their customer service. We signed for months and use their services for business. We got locked out after reset attempts due to no fault of ours. I sent an email via the online form that his was urgent and they should unlock as this was keeping our business on standstill. Still not response or ticket number
Appalling customer service. The lights are on but nobody is in. The product could have been brilliant if it wasn´t spontaneously refreshing and logging me out in the middle of composing a lengthy prompt. Still, this wouldn´t have been the reason I canceled my subscription; if the customer service was there, if they were at least responding, I would have given this another chance.
I thought the platform looked good but of my 7 day free trial I got a total of 2 hours before I'd reached a word count so never got any experience of the website and certainly wasn't willing to select a payment option to it with only 2 hours of actually getting to use it. Pretty poor offering in my opinion
Removed the mobile version, pretended not to know that it was something they offered. Upon talking to support - they acted like they had no idea about the old mobile version of Anyword that would let us generate copy on the go.I had to send their own url for the mobile version to the support member who replied to my email.Prior to the sudden removal of mobile, it would have a weird formatting issue where quotation marks wouldn't appear in text. I complained and nothing was done to rectify the issue after months of the weird issue. Unprofessional.
