Had paid extra for a designated delivery spot (12-5pm) however was phoned at 8:30 am to be told they were running ahead of schedule so delivery would be in next hour and a half so was pointless paying for the designated delivery slot.
May not have been a big issue had the item not been for my 93 year young mother in law so we had to race round there on a Sunday to be there for delivery.
The delivery guys were fantastic though on delivery and couldn’t have asked for more off them other than to meet the planned delivery.
