Excellent service as usual. We made a measurement error with new washing machine that was too deep for cupboard. After fitting we realised and phoned AO to see if anything could be done. They immediately suggested swapping for different machine and sent out a new model the following day. Their guy then disconnected the machine and replaced with a new one. Our mistake rectified within 24 hours. Amazing service
