Very poor customer service I ordered items 16 days ago I still have not received the items and all I keep getting told is oh it's a holiday and a new ladder so we don't have nothing you have to wait when I asked to speak with a manager for the past 16 days I keep getting told no there's no manager in the office so all you guys have done is take my money from me and not give me nothing I'm contacting a lawyer because this is bullshit you guys are doing some shady and scamming shit. That reply is bullshit I still haven't got my stuff im calling a lawyer. Update I told them to give it to me on rotw they said they didn't have it still and your customer service ppl do nothing but lie to u and be rude
