My first purchase was wonderful but I had my son help me with the collection of items. He loved the experience and made his own purchase too. The second time was even better! Aoeah is prompt and courteous with delivery. I highly recommend!
They are out of stock. Instead say that to customers they playing shady game of we invited you to pick up your stuff and straight away removing you from list and tagging as you did not accept invitation on time. How I can do that if you guys giving me 2 seconds to do that? Customers support is not friendly as usual and dont want to resolve issues as usual they did. When I mention to them what they doing they stayed silent.
I've done a few times to buy runes and gear for Elden Ring from Aoeah, and they always deliver super fastusually within 15, 30 minutes through their live chat coordination. It feels secure and straightforward without account risks. The prices are better than most competitors, and the sellers are patient if you're mid, game or need a slight schedule tweak. The support chats are 24/7 and sorted a small item mix, up instantly with extras as goodwill.
One star lower because one order took 1 hour longer than usual due to heavy server traffic, and the 'instant delivery' promise is not always perfect during peak times, but they have never let me down. Good for getting PvE stuff if you're careful with logins.
i tried the service, the first thing that i saw was "instant delivery" i was excited by that, it was not true, completely misleading and against the law in the united states. its referred to as bait and switch.
i tried all lines of communication, and when i did talk to someone at first everything seemed alright, then a few minutes later i get most of my order. but a few items are missing, i reach out again, no response. not on their chat, no in their discord, no where, no one.
this is basically scamming players into thinking its immediate service, but like many others here i found out the hard way.
im sure they will apologize to me, while offering nothing for wasting my time. and as a first time customer, i would have returned many times, but, obviously this is not something they care about.
you could be making real money if you had actual customer service. but you lie about that too.
this is actually something that can be considered fraud in the united states and could potentially lead to you no longer having this service.
customers dont appreciate being ignored.i finally heard back from the chat worker. which i had to basically wait forever to get a response. i get one of the 3 missing items, and im told i have to wait.
none of that is stated on the site, it says INSTANT DELIVERY - not wait for an email after not getting my items from my delivery.
you cant bait and switch people, this is a type of fraud. and you need to take down the "instant delivery" from your website. that is 100% false and not remotely true about your service, bait and switch is illegal.
you can best that 100% i report your website to fraudulent transactions.
its crazy that you also advertise having items YOU DONT HAVE ON HAND! beware of this site do not buy from them ever.

Overall, a solid service is offered. However, I dislike that if an item is bought and you have to go offline after waiting for 1-2 hours, the item can be sold again elsewhere if you're not back online in time, even after payment has been made. I find this policy disappointing. Additionally, I appreciated the pleasant conversation. I would prefer slightly improved communication. Other than that, everything is satisfactory.
I had a generally positive experience with this platform. Purchasing points was straightforward, and everything functioned as anticipated. The only drawback was the delay in meeting the seller in-game to receive the points, which took longer than I had hoped. Ultimately, I did get what I paid for. I would still recommend it, but just be prepared for a bit of a wait.
