INFESTED WITH BED BUGS! Our family vacation was cut short, and we’ve experienced a NIGHTMARE for the past 10 days since our stay at the location. The customer service has been unhelpful! They only offered to cover the cost of washing our clothes at home. NO refund. NO compensation! No assistance, even though the bugs have made their way into our car! We are anxious about whether they have entered our home as well, despite taking all precautions. I have never felt this level of disappointment and neglect from customer service. How could they treat us this way?
