I've been using this service for over 20 years. It's been my main contact email for various services and utilities, so switching isn't feasible. However, the homepage has become an outdated platform promoting extreme views, celebrity gossip, and misleading information. There’s no sense of balance. Although I can bypass it, it's still frustrating!
