I used my AOL to create an account on the Bitci Stack Asset platform. After several months of investing. I ran into an issue where I couldn't receive the verification code from AOL mail to complete a transaction. I contacted the the Bitci support team, and they responded and helped me resolve the issue by changing my email address.
After that, I was able to complete the transaction successfully. Overall AOL has been extremely slow, full of ads.

The customer support from this company has become absolutely terrible! I've been a member since I was a child. Recently, I got locked out of my account and called their support center, only to be met with rude remarks and poor attitudes. They also push for a 'premium membership,' which is a joke, considering the service I've received. It's just ridiculous!
