This service deserves a negative rating. I've been a user for decades and recently accidentally deleted my password. I’ve spent a week trying to get help, but despite promises for callbacks, nothing has happened. I can’t access my accounts due to their lack of support. They claim to have escalated my issue, but after almost a week, I’m still waiting for help. Terrible service!
