Unfortunately my experience with dealing with this Company on my Pension reflects that of most of the other people who have left reviews. I would have no confidence whatsoever that my Pension has been managed by AON effectively and in my best interests.I will say, I have always found the people dealing with the Customer Service calls excellent. They are courteous, helpful, apologetic and empathetic when discussing the awful performance of their colleagues whom they are fronting. Responses from this section (i.e. the ones dealing directly with your Pension) are always late (sometimes months in my case), and contain the absolute minimum detail, which rarely aids any decision making you may be required to make.When I had to make decisions about how to take my Pension, every time I received any information from the team dealing with my Pension, I found myself in a continuous cycle of having to ring, being dealt with very well by the people fronting the call and then appallingly with anything I required from the so called "doers".Fortunately for me, I only had a small Pension pot with them. I suspect that it ended up being a lot smaller than it should have been under their control.
