We recently had to canx a trip/cruise we had been planning for over 18 months - a week before the trip. Fortunately we had trip insurance through AON. I contacted AON and they sent me a personalized link explaining how to submit the claim. I obtained the signed medical form from my doctor at 5:30pm on Monday, and on Thursday I received an email saying the claim had been approved! I was concerned that the amount approved was less than what we paid, but I knew what we paid for the insurance wouldn't be refunded, and it turned out the cruiseline had refunded the difference (and had not notified us). I am so happy we had insurance and extremely happy we had it with AON - we couldn't have asked for better or faster service. Thank you.
