Update* still no help! They “reviewed” our case and because this death of a family member happened way out of our control they still will not refund. They are just a large company with all the money screwing the little person, heartbreaking. We got robbed blind. No money, no trip, dead family member, no dream for my kids, all because of one word in the contract with something I never thought would have happen. Life ruined because they literally dont care.I still stand by ….. Do not use!!!no one will help us with and we have been begging for help without getting our lawyer involved.In May my brother passed away very unexpectedly, he was in his 30’s and a wonderful firefighter. (I have letters of character and honor to prove this, sent in).In June we were supposed to go to our long saved trip to Italy. We saved for years and we had to cancel to do the funeral and be there for family. He died 3 days before we were supposed to leave , we got told by your company it was okay and to just send the death certificate, this in turn took a while but accidental This was not a pre existing condition. We were devastated and needed to be there for our family, now to be devastated we lost all of our money in the process. It’s all very depressing.We sent in all the documents we have and keep getting denied, we got told to appeal and in 10 hours they denied us again and refuse to call us. Ive waited on the phone for hours demanding answers and getting promises that someone will call. Since there is never anyone available to help.Last night we spoke to a supervisor, Christine and she promised we would have a call by today. Nope! We didn’t! Every time we talk to someone we get told something different and get told lies and then they catch them selves and say sorry! We have been nothing but helpful for months trying to get all of our documents over, to just get turned down.Your reviews are terrible on this exact thing and it’s heartbreaking. Y’all are a major company and have zero compassion and will not even give us the time Of day. What was the point of this insurance we paid for???? Basically I should have not been here for the family and the funeral and went, having no heart. We didn’t know at all that this would have happened in a million years to him, this is not our faultHow is this right?????If I booked everything separately and not through y’all I would be at-least be getting vouchers. We need help!!!! I cant let this go, I cant let all my money go.
