I ordered a product with 48GB of RAM, but it arrived without the RAM. After several attempts to reach out and provide evidence, they finally agreed to send the RAM I paid for, promising it would take 8-9 days. Now, 9 days later, the tracking information—after much effort to obtain it—only shows that a label was created. It seems they haven't shipped it, and based on other reviews, it looks unlikely they will.
