I bought a device with 48GB of RAM, but it arrived without the RAM included. It took several attempts to reach out to the support team and provide evidence of the issue. Now, 9 days have passed, and the tracking information, which I had to request multiple times, only shows that a label was created. It seems they haven't actually shipped it, and based on other reviews, it looks like they might not even do so.
