I should have heeded the negative reviews before making my purchase. Their customer service is dreadful, and I recommend looking elsewhere for mini PCs if you want any support. I ordered a mini PC with a one-month delivery time, but when I tried to cancel within 24 hours, they charged me a 5% fee. This fee seems unjustifiable since no processing had occurred. To make matters worse, the representative was rude. I feel lucky to have escaped with just a 5% penalty and will take my business to a more reliable manufacturer.
