I bought a device with 48GB of RAM, but it arrived without the RAM included. It took several attempts to reach out to the support team and provide evidence of the issue. They finally agreed to send me the RAM I paid for, promising it would take 8-9 days. Now, 9 days have passed, and the tracking information, which I had to request multiple times, only shows that a label was created. It seems they haven't actually shipped it, and based on other reviews, it looks like they might not even do so.
