I ordered a sofa online as a housewarming present and received two parcels with completely different sofa parts. I reached out to customer service. They replied after 24 hours asking for photos, which I had already sent them. They then responded again after 48 hours with the following resolution:
"You can keep the two separate sofa parts as a gesture of goodwill, and we will refund your money. All you have to do is remove your review."
I was shocked. What on earth am I supposed to do with two separate sofa parts? I'll have to take them to the tip. On top of that, they want me to remove the review.
I replied, and now they won't get back to me.
If you pay a little bit extra for Amazon, it's way better than these crooks.
