I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Aosom UK. I paid extra for priority delivery specifically because I needed the item within the timeframe clearly advertised on their website. Unfortunately, the delivery did not arrive within the promised timeline.
What’s most frustrating is that the delivery window was a key reason I chose to order from them and paid additional fees. If priority delivery cannot be honoured, it should not be offered as a guaranteed option. Failing to meet the committed timeline despite charging for expedited service feels misleading and unprofessional.
Customer service was not proactive in resolving the delay, and I had to chase for updates myself. Overall, this experience has left me disappointed and hesitant to order again.
I would advise others to be cautious about relying on their advertised priority delivery timelines.

It's a frustrating experience and a poor purchase for us.
