I have been an Aosu customer since 2023. The last renewal was Jan. 2025. I never received a renewal notification for 2026, so I wrote to them. They said that maybe my credit card didn't go through. I asked for clarification. I never received any correspondence about a credit card not going through last year, and my credit card has been up to date with no issues. I went back and forth with emails, and there was still poor communication. I was even ignored. I kept asking for clarification and specifics, then she wrote back to say that I unsubscribed last year. I said I didn't unsubscribe. I can't even see an unsubscribe button anywhere. I only see "Delete Account", which I never pushed last year. My account is still active because I can log in. There is no history, and it says I don't have any active subscriptions yet. So all this time since Jan. 2025, I have not had any security, but thought I did!! I'm still getting nowhere with them, so I will try phoning their USA number. I'm really frustrated and have never seen such poor customer service EVER.
