I liked the easy setup and decent wireless range. However, the video playback is laggy, as is the pan and tilt functionality. The audio from the camera also experiences delays. I would rate the video quality a 6 out of 10. I'm uncertain about the camera's longevity since I have a classic solar camera kit with the homebase. It's unclear if the issues are due to the hardware, software, or app, but there's definitely room for improvement. Would I recommend it to a friend? Not at this moment.

After about two years of using some products, it's time for a review. Overall experiences have not been great. While all devices worked well initially, they haven't proven durable over time. The indoor tracking camera is the exception, functioning well. The external solar-powered camera worked fine until winter, but quickly lost charge. It's difficult to retrieve it for charging due to its height, especially with this year's weather. The solar panel seems to be the issue, as another brand's solar camera has maintained a full battery even in winter. The doorbell often loses WiFi connection, making it inactive, although its battery is decent and easier to charge. Overall, having spent over £300 on these devices, I can only say that longevity isn't their strong suit, which is disappointing given that they appear sturdy and well-made.
The system has significantly enhanced our home security. It meets all our requirements—price point, mountability, and the app is incredibly user-friendly. Clearing storage was straightforward. The purchase was so successful that I've bought additional sets for family and friends experiencing property issues. We're also considering getting Wi-Fi for our seasonal trailer. Great work!

When I contacted them again on December 20, they asked me to wait another two weeks; I refused and requested a refund after wasting 20 days. My message expressing dissatisfaction was met with a laughing emoji response. This is unacceptable. The company has a poor reputation, and many reviews seem to be incentivized, raising concerns about their authenticity.

Each item was well-packaged. I've tested them all, and they function as expected. I don't understand the negative reviews; perhaps the company has resolved past shipping and support issues.
